Callum Johnson is expected to miss the remainder of the 2025/26 season through injury.
The defender was withdrawn with a hamstring injury in the 68th minute of our Enterprise National League fixture at home to Solihull Moors, which is now expected to keep him out of action for the rest of the season.
“We’ve lost Cal Johnson for the season, he’s done something to his tendon in his hamstring,” said Alun Armstrong.
“It’s a massive blow because we’ve seen Johno when he’s fit, he’s got real good quality, and on top of that we’ve got Connor Pani missing as well so at the minute we have six out of eight missing of the defenders.
“We’ll get on with it, we’ll deal with it, and we’ve been working on stuff this week to see how we can adapt and hopefully we’ll come up with the right formula.”
All the best for your road to recovery, Johno.
